What Does It Do?: this spell paralyzes its target from the waiste down. It lasts untill u use a spell to reverse the spell.
Can anyone use it?: this is dark magic so only me vella and bellatrix may use it
Extra: paraliz is short for paralizzare. paralizzare is italian for paralyze
